The website runs on our own physical server in a data centre operated by Hetzner Online GmbH. Connection data, such as an IP address, may need to be processed temporarily to deliver content. We do not analyse or retain log files relating to visits to this website. We do not use server logs for profiling or tracking.

We currently use no tracking technologies, such as analytics or marketing tools, and no non-essential cookies.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address and message, solely to handle your enquiry and follow-up questions. 6. Email service (Microsoft Online / Microsoft 365)

We use Microsoft Online (Microsoft 365) for business email. This involves processing the communication data needed to deliver and handle messages.

The Support Tool link leads to an external provider, Matrix42. The respective provider is responsible for the content and data processing on external websites.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.
